  11. Am I the only one confused about the two worlds? So is there currently a monarchy in the 1950’s or whatever the date is, but then also the same people from the past era. I am so confused when they switch between two worlds

    3. Probably too late to answer but there are 2 parallel worlds, both in the same era. It’s just if you know about the concept of parallel universe you’ll get it. In one world, the partition and all never happened and so there’s a monarchy, while in other one all those things happened and so it’s a democracy as we know it.

  16. Why do I strongly feel like he is from the future and saves his younger self in the past???? In the future he already met the police detective that is why he has her ID. I feel like this is kind of harry potter thingy where he watch his younger self being strangled and waits for his savior to no avail and realized he was his own savior.

    Min ho oppa is cherry on the top ??
    U need to watch n understand properly to understand the episode’s starting
    Don’t be so judgmental n give wrong reviews
    It’s not a typical romantic drama
    There’s a catch n mystery
    So be patient and watch it
    And if u still don’t like it then get lost
    Don’t make other people misunderstand
    It’s a really great drama
    Highly recommended
    I never comment on websites
    But after seeing so many negative comments
    I couldn’t control
    I am the biggest k drama fan
    I have watched many of them
    Left them in between
    But this drama is so fascinating
    Do watch it ❤️

So have you watched all of writer Kim Eun Sook’s works?…I’m curious cause l’m like you, l rarely comment but when l do it will be a really good drama and from my experience as a kdrama fan, writer Kim Eun Sook’s dramas are on my ‘all time favourite kdrama list’ in order starting with ‘Goblin’, ‘Mr. Sunshine’ and then ‘Secret Garden’. She’s one phenominal writer l admire and always have faith in her works that’s why although l haven’t watched this drama [cause l prefer waiting till the drama is finished and then binge-watch all night, l really hate the feeling of waiting for the next episode], l know for sure that it’s a great drama.

  22. i am loving the drama soo much……….and the cinematography is soo good……for those who are confused this drama shows the story of two parallel worlds…..one where leeminho is and another where kim goeun is…..and the story goes backandforth to those two worlds…….one world is ancient type and another is present <3 hope this helped you

    For those who are confused to the storyline............in this drama there are two parallel worlds...one where our leeminho exist and other where kim goeun exits....so story is shown back and forth to those both world....
    its more like hero from past and heroin from future 😀

    lee gon(lee mim ho) is the last emperor of koreaand his father was killed by his uncle in 1994 (he released the devil to gain power),the young lee gonsawhis father get killed & got hurt by his uncle, he’s been saved by the police detective so he is looking for her, while chasing someone dreesed in a rabit hood (he likes the story of alice in wonderland) lee gon finds the gate to the parallel world in1994/

I fully get the story, and it is good…The crown prince father was killed by his brother, his brother exit to another world ” the republic of Korea” when he reach the republic he saw a person that looks like him or basically its him in that world, he killed it. while the crown prince which now become the new king since his king father died….and that crowed prince now king has also another version or lookalike in another world”the republic of korea”…try to understand the story not just by looking at the video but the read its translation as well

    1. Ok first of all don’t be so judgmental, we’ve only watched the first episode. Second of all why throw hate at something you didn’t like, forget about this drama and move on but don’t ruin it for everyone else that’s new to it. There are other people out there, who you would give the worst impression on this piece of art and that’s just unfair to everyone whose worked on it. So please next time you show your dissatisfaction with a certain drama, try and explain why so others would take that into consideration before deciding wether they should watch it or not.
