Hiyori Makino (Mitsuki Takahata) is an aspiring detective who is keen on her work. One day a video appeared on the Internet with a picture of a man burned alive. Investigators believe that this is an imitation of a crime committed 5 years ago.
Makino goes to former detective Soichiro Natsume, who investigated this case 5 years ago. He lives in a private house where only former policemen can live.
